RÉSUMÉ DE LA POSITION
Le Corps de la Paix (Peace Corps) Maroc recrute deux (02) coordinateurs (trices) Coordonnateur de Famille d’Accueilles (Homesaty Coordionator) qui seront chargés d’identifier les familles pour accueillir un stagiaire ou plusieurs Volontaires du Corps de la Paix pendant la durée de la formation communautaire (CBT), et identifieront des sites de formation communautaire appropriés pour les stagiaires entrants en fonction de leur famille d’accueil.
Qualifications requises:· Diplôme universitaire (BA / BS)· Maîtrise d’Anglais· Minimum d’une année d’expérience de travail pertinente (de préférence dans les domaines de la mobilisation communautaire et / ou du développement) ;· Expérience de vie et / ou de travail dans les communautés rurales au Maroc ;· Excellentes compétences en communication en Anglais et en Arabe et capacité de présenter dans les deux langues ;· Capacité d’agir avec diplomatie et tact avec le personnel, les Volontaires, les stagiaires, les membres de la communauté et les membres du gouvernement ;· Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe ;· Maîtrise / compétences de base avec des applications informatiques, en particulier l’utilisation de MS Office.· Citoyenneté Marocaine Qualifications souhaitées· Compétences linguistiques Tamazight ou Tashelhit ;· Expérience de travail avec des Américains ;· Permis de conduire et au moins 6 mois d’expérience de conduite ;Tous les candidats doivent soumettre un curriculum vitae (CV) avec une lettre de motivation indiquant en détail comment leurs études et leur expériences remplissent les exigences du poste. POSITION SUMMARY
Peace Corps Morocco is seeking two (02) Homestay Coordinators who will be responsible for identifying families to host a Peace Corps trainee for the duration of the community based training (CBT), and identify appropriate Community Based Training sites for incoming Trainees based on homestay and CBT selection criteria.
The Homestay Coordinator is a key position in identifying families and appropriate training sites for the Pre-Service Training (PST). Staff in this position ensure the wellbeing of the Trainees in their homestays throughout the PST. S/he works closely with the Training Team and assists with different tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the training.

KEY DUTIES AND TASKS
Preparation Phase of Homestay
Identifies, selects, and interviews host families in their homes
Visits all families’ homes and checks for selection criteria and runs orientation meetings for the families
Collaborates proactively with local authorities and officials as well as partners and community leaders to identify appropriate Community Based Training (CBT) site for incoming Trainees.
Participates in orientation meetings at CBTs to orient all homestay families in the PST homestay family program.
Training Implementation Phase
Participates in CBT placement meetings in order to link homestay families with Peace Corps Trainees (PCT).
Ensures a smooth transition of PCTs to new homestay families and that families are ready to receive their new PCTs
Regularly visits host families to talk about the wellbeing and progress of the Trainees
Conducts regular formal and informal meetings with PCTs about their homestay to give and receive feedback on their homestay.
Conducts regular formal and informal meetings with homestay family members about their PCT to give and receive feedback on the wellbeing and progress of the PCT.
Communicates regularly with PST staff and supervisor on progress of PCTs and their homestays, ensuring the success of the homestay program and the wellbeing of the PCT.
Organizes welcoming and farewell parties in each CBT for all the homestay families.
Ensures smooth transition for PCTs who need to move homestay families.
Draft reports, document each homestay family’s success in hosting PCTs, and make recommendations for future CBTs and homestay families.
Training Support
Participates in PST meetings, and contributes homestay and CBT ideas based on assets and challenges in homestay families.
Responsible for logistics coordination at orientation, hubs and clusters throughout PST.
Required Qualifications:
University degree (BA/BS)
Fluency in English
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience (preferably in areas of community mobilization and /or development)
Experience living and/or working in rural communities in Morocco
Demonstrated familiarity (through prior work or life experience) with different cultures
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic and ability to present in both languages
Good listening and skills in providing feedback
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to act with diplomacy and tact with staff, Volunteers, Trainees, community members and members of government
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic proficiency/skills with computer applications, especially use of MS Office.
Moroccan citizenship
Desired Qualifications:
Tamazight or Tashelhit language skills
Work experience with Americans
Driver’s license and at least 6 months driving experience
